Spin the black circle is a little too fast.  To slow it down you can increase the image quality located at the upper left corner of the game and ctrl + mouse wheel up to slow the game down to a normal speed.

  • When installing make sure you navigate to the main Vampire folder.  Evidence of a successful patch is a fire background, blood hovering around the mouse pointer and raining blood platelets and a version number in the upper left hand side of the screen under the name in the character creation page.
