Also expanded: "Replace pattern that is not between anchor tags"

update: 6/19/10: Added another example demonstrating a lookahead and a lookbehind used together and added more explanation to example 1 of "replacing a pattern found between two tags".  All of the PCRE pages have had the links at the end of the page streamlined.
