Summary: Bash Back! update

Here is a timeline for the News section chronicling the events related to the militant homosexual group Bash Back!  

Initially I had not considered this case to be noteworthy for the News section, but upon further reflection this case demonstrates the outcome of those who use threats and hostility against the church.  This captures what is currently tolerated in the U.S. and what legal challenges were faced.  Notice that despite the favorable ruling from one District Court judge that seemed to settle the issue another District Court Judge was still able to temporarily issue sanctions against the Mount Hope Church.  This was later reversed by the 9th circuit.  I am not sure if this ruling by the 9th Circuit is the end of the story or not.

I kept this news post very brief and only gave the timeline of events so as to optimize readability.
