Summary: Opera Stable: Tips and Links

I noticed there was no page yet for the Stable version of Opera.  The other Opera pages refer to Opera 12.14, which is increasingly out of date.  Currently the new page is a short list of extensions, but I plan on expanding it to include ways to optimize Opera Stable for improved functionality.

EDIT 10/8/14: I decided to remove the "under development" note in the title.  This is due to the nature and current state of the browser.  I will add more tips as I learn of them.
