Summary: PCRE examples

Hyperlink your urls examples 4 and 5 were fixed.  They were hyperlinking urls that were hyperlinked.  Example 4 was hyperlinking www addresses that were already hyperlinked and example 5 was hyperlinking http addresses that were already hyperlinked.

I also added a sixth example to hyperlinking urls.  This one acts like example 5 except that it is tailored to hyperlinking urls that are about to be submitted to the MySQL database.
