I recently finished testing out the basic ways in which Perl scripts fail and some of the basics that are required for any Perl script to work. I have posted my findings in GoDaddy Troubleshooting. I am going to try and polish off the page a little more too.
I am not having too much luck with the Perl upload script today, in fact before I install a perl upload script I really need to get a grasp on the basics of Perl first.
