GROUP BY is case sensitive, but it depends on the collation used in the MySQL database. If the table in your database was collated as case insensitive then the query results will be treated as such.
Opera just released 11.62 and with it one of the bugs that I have in my small page on Opera bugs was fixed. Find in page now works as it should.
