I've been spending a good part of this afternoon learning about themes for Windows 7. I've made a lot of progress, but I've spent too much time on this already. I'll take this up again when I have time. In the end I hope to post a small update explaining how to change the task bar to a solid color. I'll probably post a few more tips as well.
