I'm adding a new category for articles called retired for articles that I do not plan on removing, but do not plan to update.
For example, Notable Opera Features and when they arrived used to be regularly kept up to date, but Opera has done a great job updating their page here. For this reason I have decided to retire the page.
There may be other reasons for other articles, so if this ever happens I will try to label them as such.
