Made a few fixes to the Memo blog archives page.
- Added some commenting to the code
- empty results no longer breaks the page
- Narrowing results by multiple tags now works
I still need to fix the issue where I can't create new tags for memo blog posts. Not sure how or when that stopped working. I suspect it happened when I upgraded to php 8.0 from 7.4. Dunno.
