- Basement GFI switch
- Kill mold spot in basement
- Fix upstairs ceiling fan
- Fix gutters
- Fix front porch steps
- Fortify deck
- Finish Basement
- Mud Jack sidewalk
- Fix Stove
- Shorten Dryer hose
- Seal basement and corners of foundation
- leak under sink in upstairs bathroom
- tune up AC and Heating units
- touch up insulation in basement
- install a fence for the yard
- fireplace?
