I am doing terrible with studying...
I have made a lot of progress with the CSS design of the front page seen here. The font style has been fixed and the positioning of the content of the main page is almost perfect. The horizontal lines have been fixed. There are still a couple of tweeks needed. For example in IE the alignment is a bit off and in all browsers the height of the cells are a bit off too.
It really is coming along though and looks much closer to how the main page looks.
