pretty tired at the moment. I am really out of a good sleep schedule. I didn't do much last night, but I did fix the 'What's New' title at the top so that the margins are the same in all browsers. I also centered the 'memo' and put in a copyright at the bottom of the screen. I did it with semi sloppy code, but it works. I will try to redo it later.
I have more things I want to do and almost need to do while the CSS is fresh in my mind. I have learned a lot and need to write down a lot of it so I don't forget or for when I do forget.
