site update 4.37.31
The PCRE to convert hyphens to dashes has been moved over to the submit pages and removed from the text formatting script. This will greatly reduce server load. The articles and the memo blogs were edited using the mass editing program to convert the hyphens to dashes in one fell swoop.
Not part of the site updates, but I updated the News page to condense more space. I think it looks nicer too.
Fixed a big bug where hyperlink your urls PCRE was being applied to the document as a whole as opposed to the non code sections.
