fixes to the templates where various text colors were not being applied to the main page or the administrator's config page.
many other bug fixes as well, such as demo template being viewable, changes are now correctly saved to stored template as well as current template, ID# for new template creation, MySQL table improvement, demo correctly overrides default demo.
