Prop.8 formally appeals to U.S. Supreme Court

Protectmarriage.com today (7/31/12) formally appealed the recent decision by the Ninth Circuit en banc to decline the rehearing of the Ninth Circuit's 2 – 1 decision striking down California's Prop.8 that limited marriage to one man and one woman. ref

A decision whether to hear the case will likely be made early October.
