The Prop 8. case in California to determine the constitutionality of California's constitutional amendment to limit marriage to one man and one woman had its closing arguments today 6/17/10. Here is a
link to the best article that I have read so far on the issue. It is brief, to the point, states both positions, and lists the next steps planned in this case.
ref It does not look good for the defenders of traditional marriage at this stage, but it should be rather interesting to see what the reasoning of the judge for overturning the amendment.
