The judges for the prop.8 case have been randomly selected as Stephen Reinhardt, Michael Hawkins, and Norman Randy (NR) Smith.

From what I can tell Stephen Reinhardt is known as being particularly liberal and often has his decisions reversed. I don't know about the other two yet.
