The Seventh Circuit upholds Act 10

On Friday January 18, 2013 the Seventh Circuit court of appeals upheld Wisconsin's Act 10 in its entirety. I have not found any reference stating that there will be an appeal of this decision. Act 10 strips the teacher's unions from most of their collective bargaining rights.
