Update on Domenic kidnapping case

The parents of Domenic Johansson have had their parental rights completely and totally removed even after the case was appealed to the highest court in the country.
On June 25, 2009 the family was moving to India permanently from Sweden and were boarding a plane to India when social services in Sweden discovered that the family was homeschooling their 7 year old son. The social services quickly called the airport and ordered armed police to forcibly take Domenic from the family and placed into a foster home.
The parents were allowed to visit the family for an hour once every two weeks. When the parents would not cease their sobbing during the visits the parents had their visits limited to once every 5 weeks and soon after the visits were no longer permitted.
The case was appealed all the way up to Supreme Court of Sweden, but to no avail.
