Elane's photography ordered to compromise their faith

The New Mexico Supreme Court today, 8/22/13, that Elane's Photography must violate their Christian faith and celebrate homosexual marriage since to do otherwise is a violation of state anti–discrimination laws.

Once again homosexuality is considered an ethnicity as the court repeatedly referenced Loving v. Virginia. This assumes that homosexuals have a civil right to act on their sexual desires. Elane was not discriminating against someone who claimed to be a homosexual, but refusing to participate in a celebration of homosexuality. Elane is quite happy to serve customers who are practicing homosexuals, but she can not directly violate what the Bible teaches about homosexuality and affirm the behavior.
This is another case where homosexual activists are going out of their way to force Christians to affirm their lifestyle or be punished.
In the concurring opinion one of the judges stated that the price of citizenship was to compromise their faith. In this case to ensure that others are not offended. Jim Campbell says that
"the true price of citizenship in this country is that when somebody makes a religious or expression based decision that we don't like or agree with we respect that."
