Obergefell v. Hodges ruling, pdf, 6/26/15
This ruling comes as a surprise to no one.
Despite the ruling, or rather because of it, I can't help but feel this is the beginning of the end for same sex marriage. The ruling opinion was so bad it was embarrassing and the dissenting opinions were so good, scathing, and well thought out. It was like the ruling was an admission they were losing and to force a win that was not deserved. How long will this house built on sand be able to stand?
