The California Supreme court is expected to vote on the Prop 8 issue today. There is also an interesting article on the issue in a Q & A format that I found to be an interesting read. If the California Supreme Court decides to invalidate Prop 8 it can still be appealed as it has in other states like Louisiana and Nebraska when the courts decided to invalidate a state constitutional amendment.
